Please do not contact the surgery to request prescriptions unless absolutely necessary during this period.

🚨 APPOINTMENTS
At this time, we are asking patients to only contact us for urgent appointments. Please avoid contacting the surgery for routine or non-urgent appointments where possible until the system changeover is complete.

We understand this may be inconvenient, but reducing non-urgent requests will help our team manage the changeover safely and ensure we can prioritise patients who need urgent care.
